About T.J. Brower
I'm a coach who doesn't just have textbook knowledge, but real world experience in diverse training modalities. With experience from high school weight rooms to NFL Rosters - including Denver Broncos Tight End Dallen Bentley, who I've worked with since 2024 at his start with the U of Utah football program.
As the current Strength and Conditioning Coach for the SLC Storm, I build programs that actually transfer to the field, the court, and the box.
